The hotel is located up the mountain, which can make the rooms very hot during the day. The service staff, like our waiter Lefteris, were always welcoming, and the maitre d' made us feel like long-time friends. While the location provides a 20-minute walk to Kardamena town with its charming cafes and shops, there might be some issues with communication as staff need to confirm with management on certain matters.
